Scores for the Rebel Filmmaker's EP release

I'm working on putting together an EP release in anticipation for the full length Rebel Film Score LP. The EP will contain a mix of popular pieces that you all seemed to enjoy and it will also contain some brand unreleased pieces.

The EP has a small cover fee to fund the future Rebel Film Score release, but in return you get full usage of the songs in commercial work, which is something I've never offered before.

Feel free to Remix, ReEdit and Reuse the songs, but the terms and conditions below apply.

i. The music may be used, changed, and incorporated in your work.
For example, you can use the scores for a movie that will be sold on DVD or theatrical release. You may NOT: sell, redistribute, incorporate in a separate product or give the scores of this collection to anyone. You may not sell or incorporate the work for distribution.

ii. The scores may not be used with or within a production involving promotion or exploitation of illegal affairs.

iii. The Contents may not be transferred to any third parties through networked computers without written site licensing from Wax Winged Productions.

iv. You may not sell, sublicense, loan, give, or transfer any part of the scores to a third-party, or allow the scores to be accessed by anyone.

v. The Scores are royalty free and may be published, broadcasted and distributed through broadcast channels in completed works.

vi. Sound and Music files do not require queue sheets to be submitted for use in a production. These files are royalty free with consideration of the above terms. If you need to credit us, please use "Scott J McKay" as needed.

vii. Feel free to remix, remaster or edit the scores to fit your production needs, but remember than even a new form of the music still falls under the same creative license and cannot be resold.
